The final Supercar Saturdays of 2016 at the Promenade in Bolingbrook featured some incredibly rare cars, including a first for Chicago & the midwest – the Rezvani Beast.
Highlights below, but don’t forget to check out the full Flickr gallery for the rest!
Bubblicious
Settle down everyone, he did NOT crash leaving the show.
Order of operations
With all the signatures on the dash, I would be surprised to find this isn’t one of the original 503 produced.
The Rezvani Beast has a simple formula: Start with the amazing Ariel Atom, and sculpt several layers of carbon fiber around it. This is the third one built so far, and the friendly owner plans to bring it around local meetups a lot more often!
This Shelby Daytona Coupe (replica) fooled almost everyone into thinking it was an original. The interior even smelled old (read: good), not that I’ve been lucky enough to be inside any one of the six originals.
This was a gorgeous modernized Charger, the owner had about 2 inches cut from the middle of the body which gives it that distinct extra low, sleek stance.
Generations
Thank you to everyone who brought their rides out on this gorgeous morning.
